~Preparation before riding – ‘Pre-heating’ the tissue:
High Level (Red) 15-20 minutes
~ Relaxation of tissue after riding –
Medium Level (Blue) up to 30 minutes – up to 2 times daily
~ General use/wellness
Medium to High Level – 15-30 minutes – up to 2 times daily
When using the lowest level (Green) the application can be used up to 40 minutes.
